Step-by-Step Instructions
To start making my delicious Beef and Noodles, I heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, I add the diced onions and sauté them until they’re translucent, which usually takes about 5 minutes. The smell of sautéing onions always brings a smile to my face! Next, I toss in the minced garlic and let it cook for just a minute more. At this point, the kitchen is starting to fill with amazing aromas, and it makes me eager to continue.
