Ingredients

– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

– Large pot for boiling pasta
– Colander for draining pasta
– Large mixing bowl
– Whisk
– Cutting board and knife
– Serving spoon

Step-by-Step Instructions

First, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. I usually add a drizzle of olive oil to help prevent sticking. Once it’s bubbling, add your pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. This typically takes about 8 to 10 minutes, and oh, the smell of pasta cooking always makes my kitchen feel so warm and inviting.
