Bubblegum Cloud Fudge

Ingredients

– 2 cups white chocolate chips
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring (or bubblegum oil)
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– Pink food coloring
– Rainbow sprinkles (for topping)

Equipment Needed

– Microwave-safe bowl
– 9×9 inch baking pan
– Parchment paper
– Rubber spatula
– Mixing spoon

Step-by-Step Instructions

To start, you’ll want to line your 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Trust me; this step makes all the difference when it comes time to cut the fudge! Next, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave this mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it’s completely melted and smooth.
