Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work great)
– 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
– Cooking spray
– Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Equipment Needed
– Mixing bowl
– Baking sheet
– Parchment paper (optional, but makes for easy cleanup)
– Knife and cutting board
– Measuring cups and spoons
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, toss together the diced chicken, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese. I love to get my hands in there to make sure everything is well-coated; the smell of the ranch seasoning mixed with the cheese is simply divine! Once your mixture is ready, let’s prepare the biscuit dough. You can roll out each biscuit and flatten them slightly with your fingers, but I find it easier to just pop them open and gently stretch them a bit. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
