Ingredients
– 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
– 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– ½ cup sour cream
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Equipment Needed
– Large mixing bowl
– Baking sheet or casserole dish
– Aluminum foil (if covering)
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Sharp knife and cutting board
Step-by-Step Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). To start, I like to toss the halved baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until they’re graciously coated. The aromatic scent of ranch seasoning wafting through my kitchen always makes me hungry! Once coated, spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
