Chocolate Peanut Butter Lasagna

Ingredients

– 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 14-15 oz)
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, your choice)
– 1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
– 1 box (3.9 oz) chocolate pudding mix
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)

Step-by-Step Instructions

To kick things off, I crush the Oreo cookies to make a deliciously crumbly base for my lasagna. I usually do this by pulsing them in a food processor, but placing them in a ziplock and bashing with a rolling pin works just as well! Once I have fine crumbs, I mix them with the melted butter until it’s like wet sand, and I press this mixture firmly into the bottom of my 9×13 inch baking dish.
