Creamy Beef Alfredo Ziti Casserole

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef
– 12 ounces ziti pasta
– 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Equipment Needed

– Large pot for boiling pasta
– Large skillet for cooking beef
– 9×13 inch baking dish
– Mixing bowl
– Spoon or spatula for mixing
– Oven

Step-by-Step Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the ziti pasta. Cook it according to the package directions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, I like to brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any excess fat and add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. The aroma of the beef seasoning fills my kitchen, making my mouth water!
