– 1 cup cottage cheese
– 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Equipment Needed
– Large skillet
– Cutting board
– Knife
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Stirring spoon
– Serving plates
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, I like to prep my ingredients first, chopping the garlic and measuring out the chicken broth. This makes the cooking process smoother. In a large skillet, I heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken breasts. Season them generously with salt, pepper, and half of the lemon pepper seasoning. Searing them for about 5-7 minutes on each side allows the flavors to meld beautifully. Once they’re golden brown and cooked through, I remove them from the skillet and set them aside on a plate, letting them rest for a moment. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
