Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While that’s warming up, I love to grease my baking dish with a light drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking. Next, in a mixing bowl, I combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
