Ingredients
- 1 package of store-bought flatbread
- 1 round of brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Fresh rosemary leaves for garnish
- Olive oil for brushing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Equipment Needed
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Sharp knife
- Small mixing bowl
- Pastry brush
Step-by-Step Instructions
To get started, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This ensures that your flatbread doesn’t stick while baking and makes cleanup a breeze. While the oven warms up, I like to slice the brie cheese into thin, even pieces to make it melt beautifully and spread out over the flatbread. Arrange the flatbread on the baking sheet, and brush it gently with olive oil, just enough to give it that lovely, golden-brown color when it bakes. I also sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt and pepper on top for an extra flavor boost. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
