Step-by-Step Instructions

First, I start by prepping the ingredients. I always find it helps to have everything chopped and measured before I turn on the slow cooker. I place the diced potatoes, carrots, onion, and frozen peas right in the bottom of my trusty crock pot. Then, I season my chicken breasts with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper, and add them on top of the veggies. Next, I pour the chicken broth over everything, saturating the ingredients.
