– 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
I love getting my hands dirty in the kitchen, and this pie certainly allows for that! First, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and bell peppers until they are soft and fragrant—just a few minutes here will set a wonderful base for the filling. Then, add the ground beef and Italian sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned. Make sure to break up any large chunks as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat.
