- 1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
First, I start by preheating my oven to 350°F (175°C) because a hot oven is key for nice, bubbly cheese on top! In a large skillet, I brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Once it’s cooked through, I add chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet, letting them sauté until they are softened and fragrant. This is where my kitchen fills with an amazing aroma! I then stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa until everything is well combined.
