Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cups crushed Doritos (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk (or chicken broth)

Step-by-Step Instructions

First things first, I preheat my oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and hot.
