Step-by-Step Instructions
First, I start by brewing my coffee or pulling a shot of espresso, depending on what I’m in the mood for that day. While my coffee is brewing, I heat up my milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Watching it slowly steam is one of my favorite rituals; I can practically smell the comforting aroma as it warms.
