Step-by-Step Instructions
First, I like to prepare the brownie base by preheating my oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing my springform pan. I then whip up the brownie mix according to the package instructions and evenly pour it into the bottom of the prepared pan. This chocolatey layer sets the stage for the cheesecake that follows. Once I have it in, I pop it in the oven and let it bake for about 20-25 minutes, just until it’s firm around the edges but still a little soft in the center. Be ready for that amazing smell!
