Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

– 8 ounces of penne pasta
– 4 slices of bacon, chopped
– 1 pound ground beef
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– ½ cup diced yellow onion
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Equipment Needed

– Large pot for boiling pasta
– Skillet for cooking bacon and beef
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Colander for draining pasta
– Wooden spoon or spatula for mixing
– Serving bowl

Step-by-Step Instructions

First, let’s cook our pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the penne pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. While that’s happening, I love to get started on my bacon and beef mixture. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon and cook until it’s nice and crispy. Once done, remove the bacon from the skillet, leaving the grease for flavor. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula. Add the minced garlic, diced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir it all together—oh, the aroma is simply divine! (See the next page below to continue steps…)
