- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 6 strips of bacon (diced)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Equipment Needed
- Baking sheet
- Large pot
- Skillet
- Mixing bowl
- Potato masher
- Knife and cutting board
Step-by-Step Instructions
First things first, I start by preheating my oven to 400°F (about 200°C) as I get the potatoes ready. I wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt and then poke holes using a fork. This way, they don’t explode in the oven! After that, I rub a little olive oil over them and sprinkle with salt before placing them on a baking sheet. I bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes until they’re nice and tender. The smell of baking potatoes is, honestly, one of my favorites. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
