Step-by-Step Instructions

First things first, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup, eggs, onion, garlic, and all the spices. I often like to get my hands in there to mix everything together; just be sure to wash up afterward! Once the mixture is well combined, make sure to grease your muffin tin (this helps with easy removal later) and scoop the meat mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
