– 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup chopped REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups for mixing
– Extra REESE’S for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and add 1/4 cup of sugar. The mixture should resemble wet sand. Press this crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan to create the crust. I like to use the bottom of a measuring cup to pack it down evenly.
