Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

– 1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
– 1 head of garlic
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
