Step-by-Step Instructions
First things first, I like to get everything organized before I start cooking. In a large mixing bowl, I combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Itβs messy but oh-so-fun to get in there with my hands and mix everything until it’s well combined. I usually shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
