Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups crushed Samoa cookies (plus extra for garnish)
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup sour cream
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
– 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
– ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step-by-Step Instructions

Let’s get started! First, preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). While that’s warming up, grab your springform pan and mix the crushed Samoa cookies with melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. It’s such a satisfying step as you see the crust coming together under your fingers!
