Step-by-Step Instructions
Starting with the chicken, I lay the boneless, skinless breasts at the bottom of my slow cooker. Next, I sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken to ensure it’s packed with flavor. Once that’s done, I pour in the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes, creating a colorful layer that adds both texture and nutrition. And, of course, I dollop the queso cheese dip right on top.
