– 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup sliced black olives
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
– Optional: jalapeños or other hot peppers for extra spice

Step-by-Step Instructions
First, I start by preheating my oven to 425°F. While that’s warming up, I heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. It’s one of my favorite parts when the smell of sizzling meat fills my kitchen! Once it’s browned and no longer pink, I add the taco seasoning and a bit of water as per the instructions on the packet. I let it simmer until it thickens and then remove it from the heat.
