Step-by-Step Instructions
First, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, I start by browning the ground beef along with the diced onion and minced garlic. The aroma of the meat cooking with the onions and garlic is simply irresistible! Once the meat is cooked through, I add the black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
