White Lasagna Soup

Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 pound ground sausage (Italian or turkey)
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 2 cups milk
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 cup uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
