Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, I heat the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. I then add the diced onion and cook it until it’s translucent. The smell of sautéing onions always makes my mouth water! Next, I toss in the minced garlic and ground sausage, breaking the meat apart and cooking it until it’s browned.
