Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while you prepare your cauliflower and spinach. I love using my food processor to make this part easy; just pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice. Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine the processed cauliflower with the fresh spinach. I find it helpful to wilt the spinach slightly beforehand for an easier mix.
