Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In my kitchen, I always find that prepping all the ingredients first makes life so much easier! So I get everything ready: chop the onions, measure out my vegetables, and have the cream of mushroom and beef broth at the ready. In a large skillet, I brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once it’s nice and browned, I add the onions and mixed vegetables, cooking until the onions are translucent. It’s such a vibrant mix of colors and smells so good! Then, I stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is well combined and bubbly.
