Step-by-Step Instructions
To begin, I heat my large skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, I add the diced onion and bell pepper, sautéing them until they’re soft and fragrant, about 4-5 minutes. It’s one of my favorite parts because the aroma fills my kitchen and promises something delicious ahead. Then, I add the minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet, breaking the meat apart with my spatula as it cooks. I continue to stir until browned, and everything is well mixed together.
