Chicken Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
– 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 cups stuffing mix
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup chicken broth
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment Needed

– 9×13 inch baking dish
– Mixing bowl
– Spoon or spatula for mixing
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Aluminum foil (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

To get started, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, I gather all my ingredients and start by preparing my chicken. If you’re using leftover chicken, that’s perfect! Shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. I like to mix them together until everything is well-coated and looks creamy. It’s at that moment I can smell the wonderful aroma starting to take over my kitchen, which I absolutely love!
