Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, I like to cook the bacon first. I find that the crispy texture adds an incredible depth to the quesadilla. In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, I lay the bacon strips down and let them cook until they’re golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side.
