Equipment Needed
- Mixing bowls
- A 9-inch pie pan
- Electric mixer or whisk
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Rubber spatula
- Zester (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, I first prepare my crust. In a medium mixing bowl, I combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until it’s all mixed in and has a crumbly texture. Then, I press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of my pie pan to make a beautiful crust. Once that’s done, I set it aside to firm up a bit while I make the filling.
