- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Equipment Needed
- Large mixing bowl
- 9×13-inch baking dish
- Skillet (if cooking chicken from scratch)

- Measuring cups and spoons
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If you’re using raw chicken, you’ll want to cook it first—boiling or baking works great! I usually boil mine to keep it nice and tender. Once your chicken is cooked, shred it into bite-sized pieces and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. In the same bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen veggies, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give it all a good mix until it’s well combined; the aroma of the herbs and chicken will fill your kitchen! (See the next page below to continue steps…)
