Step-by-Step Instructions
First, start by sautéing the shallots and garlic in a large skillet with the butter over medium heat. The aromas that fill the kitchen are heavenly! After about 2-3 minutes, once they become fragrant and translucent, I tossed in the spinach. It wilts down so quickly; it’s almost mesmerizing!
