No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients

– 1 ½ cups crushed Nilla Wafers
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream
– 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
– 2 cups cold milk
– 2 ripe bananas, sliced
– Extra Nilla Wafers for garnish

– 9-inch springform pan

Step-by-Step Instructions

First, start by preparing the crust. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Nilla Wafers with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan to form a nice, even crust. I usually use the bottom of a glass to really pack it down, ensuring it holds together well later on.
